The Bronx Museum of the Arts is a contemporary art museum on the Grand Concourse that connects diverse audiences to the urban experience through its permanent collection, special exhibitions, and education programs, with a longstanding commitment to the South Bronx community it has served for more than fifty years. Shamim M. Momin serves as the museum's Director and Chief Curator. The museum offers free admission and presents rotating exhibitions such as the AIM Biennial for emerging artists alongside multi-generational education programming, and it is currently undergoing a renovation designed by the architecture firm Marvel.
