Westwood Gallery NYC is a contemporary and historic art gallery founded in 1995 by James Cavello and Margarite Almeida, originally in SoHo's Broadway arts corridor and now located in Manhattan's Bowery Arts District. The gallery presents exhibition surveys of significant but overlooked visual artists and photographers, and represents and manages the estates and studios of Will Insley, Roy Schatt, Constantin Antonovici, James Juthstrom, Charles Hinman, and Lazhar Mansouri. Works by gallery artists are held in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, the Smithsonian, and the Whitney Museum of American Art, among other institutions.
