Johnny DeGiorgio is a Greenpoint, Brooklyn-based ceramic artist who works out of Clay Space studio and has exhibited through Greenpoint Open Studios. His practice centers on handbuilt forms and sculptural work, including totems, mugs, cups, and creatures such as wolves and dragon eggs, guided by what he describes simply as making the work that makes him happy. He shows his ceramics primarily through his Instagram account and through local open-studio events within Greenpoint's clay-studio community, where he is a working member of the Clay Space collective.
