Ortuzar is a contemporary art gallery in Tribeca, Manhattan, founded in 2018 by Ales Ortuzar, a former partner at David Zwirner gallery. The gallery is dedicated to representing and researching artists who played significant roles in twentieth- and twenty-first-century art but have not recently received critical exposure in the United States, alongside project exhibitions that reconsider art-historical narratives. Its program spans postwar, contemporary, European, and North American painting, sculpture, and drawing, and the gallery is also active in the secondary market and in placing works with museum collections. Ortuzar is a member of the Art Dealers Association of America.
