Nailya Alexander
Art galleryNailya Alexander Gallery is a fine art photography gallery in Midtown Manhattan, founded by Nailya Alexander in 2004 after she worked as a private art consultant in Washington, D.C. The gallery relocated within Midtown in 2010 and, since summer 2020, has shown work primarily by private appointment rather than at a public storefront. Its program centers on rare vintage gelatin-silver prints, including Russian avant-garde and Socialist Realist photography from the 1920s through the 1940s, alongside contemporary photographers such as Denis Brihat, Pentti Sammallahti, Alexey Titarenko, and Ingar Krauss. The gallery has been a member of the Association of International Photography Art Dealers since 2000.
