Bonhams
Art galleryBonhams is a privately owned international auction house founded in London in 1793, making it one of the world's oldest and largest auctioneers of fine art and antiques. The modern firm was formed in 2001 through the merger of Bonhams & Brooks with Phillips Son & Neale, and it maintains headquarters in London with major salerooms in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Paris, Hong Kong, and Sydney, plus offices in roughly twenty-five countries. Bonhams holds more than 450 sales a year across more than sixty collecting areas, including Asian art, pictures, jewellery, and motor cars, and its New York saleroom anchors the company's Manhattan presence. In 2025 the firm was acquired by Pemberton Asset Management.
