Thomas Colville Fine Art is a private art dealership founded in 1972 by Thomas Colville, specializing in nineteenth- and twentieth-century American and European paintings, watercolors, and drawings, with particular strength in the Hudson River School, the Barbizon School, and American abstraction of the 1930s and 1940s. A member of the Art Dealers Association of America, the firm operates by-appointment showrooms in Guilford, Connecticut, and Manhattan, and its clients have included museums such as the Art Institute of Chicago, the Brooklyn Museum, the Carnegie Museum of Art, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Colville regularly exhibits at fairs including The Art Show in New York and has participated in the Winter Show since 1990, and he co-founded The American Art Fair in 2009.
