DIVAS for Social Justice (Digital Interactive Visual Arts Sciences) is a youth-focused nonprofit co-founded in 2008 by Clarisa James and Sha Sha Feng that uses technology, digital and visual arts to empower underserved NYC youth around environmental and social justice issues. It is based in Brooklyn, NY (not Queens), with community programming extending into southeast Queens (Laurelton) and other boroughs.
