Auxiliary Projects is an artist-run project space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, directed by multidisciplinary artists Jennifer Dalton, Jennifer and Kevin McCoy, and Cindy Pound. The space works to facilitate wider distribution of work by artists its organizers admire and to enlarge the community of people who can collect art, and for each exhibition it collaborates with the artist to produce handmade multiples alongside larger works. In addition to shows at its Brooklyn venue, which opens on Saturday afternoons and by appointment, Auxiliary Projects has organized streaming video exhibitions and art fair curatorial projects, including contributions to the Spring/Break Art Show, and maintains an archive of its past exhibitions.
