Auxier Kline
Art galleryAuxier Kline is a contemporary art gallery in Lower Manhattan established by co-founders Brent Auxier and Kate Kline, with a program focused on emerging and mid-career artists. The gallery presents rotating solo and group exhibitions with a particular emphasis on contemporary painting, showing figurative and landscape painters working in oil, watercolor, and related media. Recent programming includes All Summer Long, a thirteen-artist group exhibition of summer-themed paintings that borrows its title from a 1960s Beach Boys song and explores, in the gallery's words, themes of freedom, leisure, memory, desire, transformation, and escape.
