Jose Ortega is an illustrator and muralist born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, who established his career in New York City, creating public art including mosaic murals in NYC subway stations alongside commercial work for Absolut, MTV, Apple and the New York Times. He now splits his time between NYC, Toronto and Barcelona.
