Jason Lam
PaintingJason Lam is a multidisciplinary artist based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, working across photography, painting, and film. His practice centers on movement and embodiment, treating art-making as a form of truth-telling, with influences drawn from early narrative cinema and street photography. His work has been shown at Greenpoint Open Studios and the Slant'd Art Show in Brooklyn, and previously at Golden Goat Coffee in San Francisco. His photography and design work has appeared in National Geographic's Chinese edition, the Metropolitan section and Lens blog of The New York Times, Aint-Bad Magazine, and FAR-NEAR's Year of the Dragon calendar project.
