Eric Medsker

Eric Medsker is a photographer and director specializing in bold, immersive storytelling for the food and beverage world. Based in New York City, he collaborates with leading brands and voices in hospitality across commercial, editorial, and personal projects. In collaboration with New York City’s preeminent prop stylists—Andrea Greco, Elvis Maynard, Maeve Sheridan, Maya Rossi, and Paola Andrea—this series of original photographs was created for this year’s Open Studios. These images present striking, self-contained worlds—spaces the viewer can step into—where richness of color and material meets a deliberate, intentional approach to composition and construction.
