Mixed mediaMy practice explores thresholds—the liminal spaces between visible and invisible, present and eternal. Rooted in intuition and wonder, I approach art-making as a spiritual practice born from silence and introspection. Recurring symbols—circle, door, boat, shore, and garden—serve as vessels of passage, linking inner worlds to the cosmic unknown. Water flows through my work as fluid memory and cyclical existence. Using mixed media on paper, monotypes, and cutouts, I expand into animation when guided by sound. Ultimately, my work is an invitation to pause, listen, and sense the resonances where personal and universal meet.
My practice explores thresholds—the spaces between the visible and the invisible, the present and the eternal. Rooted in intuition and wonder, my work seeks to navigate the liminal, where boundaries blur, engaging with the idea of communication between dimensions, archetypal memories, and the fluidity of consciousness. I approach art-making as a spiritual practice that arises from silence, introspection, and an awareness of the spaces beyond and within. Recurring symbols such as the circle, the door, the boat, the shore, and the garden serve as vessels of passage, connecting the self to the cosmic realm and linking the inner world to the vast unknown. Water is a constant presence in my work, embodying fluidity, memory, and the cyclical nature of existence. These elements function as waypoints in a journey that transcends linear time. In terms of materials, I experiment with various techniques on paper, including mixed media, monotypes, and paper cutouts. When inspired by sound, my works on paper transform into video animations, amplifying the dialogue beyond the static image. Ultimately, my work is an invitation—to pause, listen, and sense the currents of something beyond. It is a search for resonance, for the silent spaces where the personal meets the universal, and where glimpses of the landscape of origin reveal themselves.
